목적 : XREATORS 기능 개발에 의한 물량 이동

XREATORS 팀은 2023년 3월 7일에 오지큐 주식회사와 XREATORS NFT 마켓플레이스에 추가기능을 개발하고, 초기 서비스 운영을 위한 양질의 NFT 콘텐츠 및 디지털 크리에이터를 12개월간 공급하는 계약을 체결하였습니다.

이 기간동안 XREATORS는 오지큐 주식회사가 보유하고 있는 우수한 개발 리소스 및 인프라를 적극 활용하여 크리에이터스 마켓플레이스 내에서 다양한 서비스를 추가개발할 예정입니다. 또한 현재 런칭하여 운영 중인 마켓플레이스의 퀄리티를 높일 수 있는 유명 크리에이터 및 콘텐츠를 오지큐 주식회사로부터 공급받아 유저들이 크리에이터스 마켓플레이스에서 즐길 수 있는 요소를 더욱 더 다양하게 할 수 있습니다.

이번 계약에 할당된 ORT는 총 17,500,000 ORT입니다. 이에 따라 총 3회에 걸쳐 물량이 이동되며, 최초 물량은 에코시스템, 이후 물량은 오퍼레이션에서 일부 물량이 이동될 예정입니다.

에코시스템에서 이동하는 물량은 본 기능 개발에 따른 테스트 및 초기 서비스 진행 시 활성화에 필요한 콘텐츠 풀 공급을 위해 사용되며, 오퍼레이션에서 이동하는 물량은 파킹 서비스 기능 개발 및 유지 보수를 위해 사용됩니다.

*Ecosystem : 콘텐츠 소싱 및 크리에이터 활동에 대한 보상 지급, 플랫폼(XREATORS NFT 마켓플레이스) 운영 및 발전으로 사용
*Operation/R&D : 마켓플레이스 운영, 서비스 연구 및 개발, 기능 추가 개발 및 마켓플레이스 환경 확장 등으로 사용

[전송 스케쥴]

1. 최초 물량이 지불되는 지갑 : Ecosystem
2. 해당 지갑의 총 배정 물량 : 125,000,000 ORT
3. 초기 전송 예정 물량 : 7,000,000 ORT
4. 8월 8일 전송 예정 물량(Operation/R&D 지갑) : 5,250,000 ORT
5. 12월 8일 전송 예정 물량(Operation/R&D 지갑) : 5,250,000 ORT

Transfer 1. (XREATORS Reserve to OGQ Wallet)
Purpose: Transfer of ORT tokens for the development of features and functions in XREATORS Marketplace

On March 7, 2023, the XREATORS team signed a contract with OGQ Corporation to develop additional features and functions for the XREATORS NFT marketplace, as well as to supply high-quality NFT content and digital creators for the first 12 months of the initial operation of the service.

During this period, XREATORS will actively utilize the excellent development resources and infrastructure that OGQ Corporation possesses to develop various services within the XREATORS NFT marketplace. Additionally, XREATORS will receive a variety of content as well as work by famous creators from OGQ Corp. to improve the quality of the currently launched and operated marketplace, and ultimately diversify the elements that users can enjoy in the XREATORS NFT Marketplace.

A total of 17,500,000 ORT has been allocated for this contract. Therefore, the aforementioned amount will be transferred in three parts, with the initial amount being transferred from the Ecosystem supply, and the subsequent amounts being transferred from the Operation and R&D supply.

The amount transferred from the Ecosystem supply will be used to supply the content pool required for testing and the initial service operation for the development of this feature. The amount transferred from the operation wallet will be used for the development and maintenance of the parking service function and service research and development, feature addition development, and marketplace environment expansion.
